Returns & Refund Policy

Customers will have an initial 14 day no questions returns period where where they can return any item for a full refund providing it is in its original condition.

Any warranty claims after this initial 14 days will only be liable for a replacement, unless a refund is agreed by management at Panda Bikes LTD.

Items that are deemed faulty may be eligible for a refund or replacement outside of this 14 day period. Please refer to our product warranty information on our warranty page



How to return your item

If you are returning items to us for a refund, please ensure:

  1. The item is within the 14 day return period, or you have agreed the return with us.
  2. All items are in an as-new condition and suitably packaged
  3. That you have told us what you are returning and this matches what is in the box
  4. Use Tracked Shipping unless you are prepared to accept responsibility for lost items if we don’t receive it.
  5. Please ensure you include the packing slip you received with the item and check off the item codes you are returning.
  6. Then please email us to let us know what you are returning and confirm the return is approved.
